The first lady of Nigeria, Mrs. Aisha Buhari has gotten a surprise birthday cake from a delegation of Nigerian governors’ wives who visited her in Dubai.
The delegation was in Dubai to felicitate with the first lady who recently clocked 51 on the 17th of February, 2022.
Apart from the cake, Mrs. Buhari was also presented with a bouquet of flowers.
However, some Nigerians have taken to the micro-blogging site, Twitter to show their angry reactions to what has been described as a flambouyant waste of resources.
Other reactions on Twitter condemned the action of the first ladies as very insensitive at a time when Nigerians are grappling with the challenges of fuel scarcity, ASUU strike, inflation, and many other issues.
