BREAKING: Photos of Sunday Igboho after his release from Benin Prison

Popular Yoruba Activist, Sunday Adeyemo a.k.a Sunday Igboho is finally a free man.

POLITICS NIGERIA learned that the pro-secession leader was released to go and attend to his health in a Beninoise Hospital. He was released to Professor Banji Akintoye, a leader in the Yoruba Nation Movement.

Mr. Yomi Aliyu, a legal counsel to Igboho confirmed that his client was released on health grounds.

Igboho has been in detention for about 231 days. Speaking on the matter, Aliyu said: “Igboho has not been released, he was only released to be taken to the hospital.”
