Deadly Revenge: Woman Stabs Friend To Death Over Lost Love Interest

Anita Ofili has reportedly confessed to the murder of her friend, Glory Okon, whom she stabbed to death on March 26. According to Vanguard News, Anita revealed that she killed Glory because she had taken her man 10 years ago, despite being her friend. Anita stated that she had intentions of marrying the man, but after Glory took him, they stopped being friends for 10 years as she hated her.

Anita disclosed that she still harbored hate towards Glory based on that same issue, even after they reconciled just two weeks ago. She invited Glory over to her house at Greenville Estate, Ajah area of Lagos, where they had an altercation that led to raised voices. It was then that Anita angrily descended on her with a kitchen knife and started stabbing her on the neck. Anita made it clear that she does not regret her actions, as she has finally had her revenge.

In her words, “Glory took the man I intended to marry 10 years ago. She was my friend and what she did hurt me. We stopped talking during that 10 years until two weeks ago when we reconciled and then I invited her over. That was when I stabbed her on the neck till she died.”
